The Stage Experience Lead will oversee all sales floor departments within a specific Sephora location, which may include Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, Haircare or a combination of these areas. The role ensures that all members of the team execute Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service, enabling the store to achieve and exceed company objectives.

• Ensure on‑stage staff execute Sephora’s selling model, support timely response to client feedback per department, and partner with direct managers to address client‑related issues via the service hotline or direct client feedback.
• Lead innovation efforts by ensuring all world‑selling cast are properly trained in Client Interactive Technology.
• Support in‑store events to help the store meet its goals and client needs.
• Coach and coach performance management situations within the assigned area, provide timely feedback, and participate in regular check‑ins with direct reports.
• Demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit and strong understanding of the store’s sales performance and business opportunities.

• One to three years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence business partners at all levels in a clear and concise manner.
• Proven ability to create and develop teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders who can train and develop cast to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service.

Salary ranges between CAD $22.20 - CAD $26.10/hr
