Concierge Associate West

We are hiring Concierge Associates.We are currently looking for energetic, highly motivated and results driven associates, who enjoy providing exceptional service to customers.

As a Concierge Associate in a busy environment, you will be given the opportunity to grow and develop and to make an impact while working for a high performing organization. You are a solution finder who enjoys helping customers find the perfect product or service to satisfy their own particular needs. Using your superior interpersonal skills, you are able to successfully convert customer opportunities into results.

• Represent our core values, demonstrate a customer centric approach with the ability to develop relationships
• Exhibit outstanding communication skills to uncover customer’s needs and assist them in purchasing the right solutions.
• Draw on your selling skills to develop long term customer relationships
• Meet or exceed established goals, which include profitable sales volume, extended service plans and quality service goals.
• Performing and documenting routine inspection and cleanliness of the store
• Take pride in the appearance of the store (stocking, sweeping, dusting) to ensure that the facility is always well maintained and appropriate for guests
• You have proven selling skills and your experience in other retail environments is definitely a bonus
• You exhibit strong communication, organizational and relationship building skills;
• You are self-motivated and driven with a talent for excellent customer service.
• You are well-organized with a disciplined ability to follow through.
• You are able to time manage and work in a fast-paced environment
• You are able to work in cross-functional teams and help your peers as needed
• You have experience with the most used computers programs and are able to learn in-house applications.
• You understand the importance of punctuality and working together as a team

• Flexible and condensed work schedule (work 7 out of 14 days that consists of combination of 13-hour shifts weekdays & 9-hour shifts weekends) You must be able to work these hours.
