Job DescriptionAllied Universal is currently searching for a Security Supervisor Shift lead. The Security Supervisor will embrace our company’s core values, supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services, and act as a liaison between customer, operation manager, and security officers. The supervisor will manage site staff, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.

Shift: Full-Time
Shift Time: 07:30-19:30 OR 19:30-07:30
Must possess a Valid Provincial Security Guard License.
Supervisory Responsibilities- Enforce contract standards.
- Respond to use of force situations.
- Administer site safety programs outlining site‑specific hazards for security officers, including vehicle driving safety as appropriate to corporate procedures.
- Participate in unpaid hearings as required.
- Capably utilize scheduling and billing software and produce reports (e.g., scheduling activity, training detail reports) to interpret and act for effective business management.
- Enforce Allied Universal’s policies as outlined in the handbooks and executive memos.
- Be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of supervisory experience.
- 1–2 years of experience in the security industry or related field.
- Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public professionally and effectively.
- Licensing requirements are subject to provincial and/or local laws and regulations and will be required prior to employment.
- Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Have intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client‑specific sites.
- Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site calmly and efficiently.
- Able to work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow, or heat.
- Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
- Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift.
- Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time.
- Work in varying weather conditions (cold, heat, rain, and snow).
- Patrol the premises.
- Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 lbs.

- Stand or walk for extended periods of time.
