Position: Full‑time Patrol Guard
Site: Minto Place (Colliers)
Hours: 23:30-07:30, Monday – Thursday
Overtime Method: Averaging Agreement (AA) after 88 hours
Payrate: $19.77/hour

• Proactive & reactive security patrols
• Cross‑training and rotation with control centre staff
• Surveillance monitoring
• Response to incidents
• Report writing
• Investigate routine incidents
• Any other duties as assigned

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License
• Valid First Aid & CPR – Level C (from a WSIB‑approved vendor)
• Management of Aggressive Behaviour and Use of Force certification
• Ability to work in a fast‑pace and flexible environment while maintaining utmost professionalism
• Moderate physical activity, standing and walking for long periods in outdoor weather conditions
• Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and customer‑service orientation
• Remain calm and effectively perform in emergency situations
• Adhere to the Code of Ethics in performing job requirements
• Able to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures
• Excellent verbal and written English and French communication skills
• Authorized to legally work in Canada
• Management of Aggressive Behaviour and Use of Force Certification
  • Paladin Security is willing to offer this certification on a commitment contract (minimum of six (6) months) for new hires upon onboarding.
  • Paladin provides an opt‑in certification program for applicants who are not currently certified prior to your Paladin onboarding. More details are available as requested during the interview.
