As a Senior Developer at Sonical, the focus is on developing and supporting ERP implementations at customers in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

• As a Senior developer in Microsoft Dynamics 365, your responsibilities include developing prototypes and technical designs to meet the project requirements. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the solutions are effective, efficient, and meet the highest standards of quality.
• You’ll collaborate with both internal and external developers within the Sonical group of experts to ensure the top‑notch quality of the development work. Your role involves working closely with the team to uphold the standards of excellence throughout the development process.
• Your responsibilities involve designing, developing, and testing various applications, lists, interfaces, and conversion programs to ensure they meet the required standards and specifications.
• You’ll provide advice and guidance to both the Project Manager and Functional Consultant throughout the project to ensure successful completion of the project goals. Your expertise and insights will be valuable in decision‑making processes and ensuring the project runs smoothly.
• You provide on‑site technical support at the customer’s site when working in Belgium.

• Strong experience in developing and supporting ERP implementations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• In‑depth knowledge of programming languages such as C/AL, C#, .NET, and SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to identify and address technical issues effectively.
• While a background in IT or a related field is preferred, we place a greater emphasis on candidates who demonstrate a strong passion for software development and possess the skills necessary to excel in the role of a Senior Developer.
• Fluency in both Dutch and English languages is essential for this role, as you will be required to communicate effectively with stakeholders from different backgrounds and regions.
• You are someone who is willing to take ownership of your work and approach challenges with a can‑do mindset. A positive attitude can inspire and motivate the team to deliver their best work, and we value this quality highly in our team.
