• Lead and motivate members through pre‑designed workouts
• Work in a fast‑paced group fitness setting
• Multitask to ensure all participants have a high‑quality experience
• Help members set and achieve fitness goals
• Collaborate with the sales team to guide new customers through their first Orange theory workout
• Ensure correct form and provide corrections when needed
• Understand the science behind our heart‑rate‑focused training programs and stay aware of competition
• Demonstrate effective use of all equipment in each workout
• Be a team player

• Group Fitness and/or Personal Training certification
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification
• Ability to commit to 6–12+ hours per week of coaching
