• Minimum educational qualification:
  High school diploma or equivalent (Hospitality or Aviation certification preferred).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

• Professional grooming and a polished appearance at all times.

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with tact.

• Must meet physical and medical fitness standards as per aviation regulations.

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or aviation is an advantage but not mandatory.

• Freshers with a passion for travel and excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
