Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately pick items from shelves, package them, and prepare for shipment while adhering to Amazons high standards of quality and efficiency.
Inventory Management: Ensure the proper handling and labeling of products, maintaining accurate inventory records and stocking shelves as required.
Shipping & Receiving: Assist in receiving incoming shipments and process returns to keep inventory organized and ready for dispatch.
Maintain Cleanliness and Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety standards are met.
Meet Performance Targets: Consistently meet or exceed productivity targets while ensuring accuracy in fulfilling customer orders.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals and ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, and lifting.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping of products.
Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with scanning and using warehouse management systems to track inventory and orders.
Communication Skills: Clear communication skills to work effectively with the team and supervisors.
Team Player: Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment.
Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing tasks and priorities based on business needs.
Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or retail environment is a plus, but not required.

Full-Time: 40 hours per week with opportunities for overtime based on business needs.
Part-Time: Flexible shifts available to accommodate different schedules, with opportunities for up to 30 hours per week.
Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on operational requirements.
