The Master Group is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a permanent full‑time role in our Ottawa location. This role offers long‑term stability, full‑time hours, and a team that backs you every step of the way.

Responsibilities
  • Physically receive goods, confirm quantities, and enter them into the computer system
  • Pick and pack orders for counter sales, ship warehouse transfers and/or courier deliveries
  • Provide superior customer service
  • Assist in customer loading and unloading of parts by hand or using a forklift
  • Stock shelves and organize overstock locations
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves and work areas clean
  • Abide by all company safety regulations
  • Perform various other related duties as assigned by supervisor (e.g., opening containers & crates, preparing orders, inventory, etc.)
Qualifications
  • Previous experience operating a forklift (counterbalance)
  • Dangerous Goods certification (an asset)
  • Ability to lift or move heavy products (up to 50 lbs.)
  • Team player with organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Initiative & resourcefulness
  • Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
Compensation

Base Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000 annually
Supplemental Pay: overtime pay; annual bonus
Final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s skills and experience, in compliance with applicable regulations.
