We’re looking for a Domestic Assistant to join our team in Abbott House in Oundle. You will work with a dedicated team committed to delivering the highest standard of care for our residents, with opportunities for growth and flexible working.

£13.10 per hour. As a Real Living Wage Employer, your salary will be above the Government National Minimum Wage.

• Clean and sanitize rooms and furnishings in assigned areas.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and tidiness of the service and laundry, causing minimal disruption to residents and their care.
• Communicate and engage effectively with service users, families, and colleagues; strong interpersonal skills essential.
• Work independently without direct supervision.
• Use a variety of cleaning products with special attention to COSHH regulated products.
• Take initiative to maintain high levels of hygiene within the home.
