Temporary Administrator

Overview

My client based in Oxford are currently recruiting for a temporary administrator on a full‑time basis to join the team for 1–2 months and support with all administration duties.

• Shipping experience
• Office‑based role
• Immediate start availability
• Hours:
  
  8am – 5pm Monday to Friday
• Pay: £13‑16 per hour depending on experience
• 2 years experience in an office management or administration role
• Own transport required due to location

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from peers, managers, and personnel from various departments within the organization
• Moderate level of proficiency with personal computers
• Excellent attention to details and accuracy
• Gathers and analyzes information skillfully
• Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
