Upto £32,000 per annum (DOE).

Hours:

Monday - Friday (08:00 - 16:00 with some flexibility).

The Opportunity

Thompson & Terry Recruitment are proud to be working with our good friends at The Nova Team, who are looking to recruit an Office Administrator – Marketing & Finance, to join their established and well-regarded team based in Wheatley.

As Office Administrator – Marketing & Finance, you will enjoy a varied and hands‑on role combining financial administration and marketing support, where you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices and payments, and supporting the day‑to‑day bookkeeping, while also helping to manage marketing tasks such as social media content, website updates, and all marketing materials.

The successful Office Administrator – Marketing & Finance will also work closely with suppliers, clients and the internal team, and help shape how The Nova Team presents itself externally. Equally, on the marketing side, you will frequently visit project sites to gather on‑site media such as photos, videos, and customer testimonials.

This role would be suitable for candidates who enjoy both numbers and creativity. With thorough training available, this is a great chance to build skills and play a key role in supporting The Nova Team's operations and outward presence.

Requirements
  • Experience in office administration, accounts, or bookkeeping preferred (however training is available for the right candidate)
  • Confident on all social media platforms, managing content, tasks and updates accordingly
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Organised, with the ability to work independently and manage own workload
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A small business mentality and able to wear many hats
  • Full UK driving licence and own transport (site visits required)
