We are now seeking an Inside Sales Manager to lead and develop our sales operations function, with a strong focus on CRM management via Hub Spot to drive data-led decision-making, pipeline growth, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Operations Leadership – Oversee day-to-day inside sales activities, ensuring targets are met and opportunities are maximised.
- CRM Ownership – Act as the Hub Spot CRM lead , managing system setup, optimisation, and reporting to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and full utilisation across the sales team.
- Pipeline & Forecasting – Track, analyse, and report on sales performance, providing insights to inform strategy and forecasting.
- Process Improvement – Develop and implement streamlined sales processes to improve lead conversion rates and customer experience.
- Team Development – Manage, mentor, and motivate inside sales executives, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
- Lead Management – Oversee inbound and outbound lead generation activities, ensuring prompt and effective follow-up.
- Collaboration – Work closely with Marketing to align campaigns with sales goals, and with Operations to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
- Data-Driven Insights – Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports using Hub Spot analytics to inform senior leadership on trends and opportunities.
- Proven track record in an Inside Sales Manager or Sales Operations leadership role.
- Strong Hub Spot CRM expertise (implementation, optimisation, reporting).
- Experience in the energy solutions, renewable energy, or related sector preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with regular Oxford office attendance.
