We’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join the Projects Team within a leading Facilities Management provider. This is a excellent opportunity to work on varied projects across commercial, education, and light industrial sectors, with a benefits package that sets the standard in the industry.

What you’ll do:

* Prepare accurate cost estimates for FM and project works

* Manage budgets and financial forecasting for multiple projects

* Oversee procurement and subcontractor management

* Ensure compliance with contractual and financial requirements

* Support project managers with cost control and reporting

* Liaise with clients and stakeholders to deliver value-driven solutions

Contract Forms You’ll Work With:

* NEC

* JCT

* PFI – bespoke

What we’re looking for:

* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator within FM or construction

* Strong commercial awareness and cost management skills

* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities

* Proficiency in MS Excel and estimating software

* Full UK driving licence
