I have an opportunity for a Working Foreman to join a well-established Main Contractor on a permanent basis, working on projects throughout Oxford.

The company have been operating for over a century, carrying out a range of new build and refurbishment projects across multiple sectors including residential, commercial, healthcare and education, up to £5m in value.

The business have a lot of work ongoing and in the pipeline and are looking to bring in a Working Foreman to join them as soon as possible. A lot of their work is in occupied buildings so they are looking for someone comfortable and familiar doing this.

They are looking for somebody with a carpentry background that is happy to be hands-on and on the tools when required. The ideal person will have experience working on new build and refurbishment projects across a variety of sectors. Previous experience working in occupied buildings is also essential.

Experience:

• Carpentry background
• Happy to be hands on / on the tools when required
• Track record working on new build and refurbishment projects
• Familiar working in occupied buildings
• CSCS
• Able to commute to and work in Oxford on daily basis
