I have an opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to join a well-established Main Contractor on a permanent basis, working on projects throughout Oxford.

The company have been operating for over a century, carrying out a range of new build and refurbishment projects across multiple sectors including residential, commercial, healthcare and education, up to £5m in value.

The business have a lot of work ongoing and in the pipeline and are looking to bring in an Assistant Site Manager to join them as soon as possible. A lot of their work is in occupied buildings so they are looking for someone comfortable and familiar doing this.

The ideal Assistant Site Manager will have experience working on new build and refurbishment projects, across a variety of sectors, on projects up to £5m in value. Additionally, a carpentry background is preferable.

Experience:

• Experience working for a reputable Main Contractor
• Track record working on new build and refurbishment projects
• Familiar working in occupied buildings
• Ideally come from a carpentry background
• CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
• Able to commute to and work in Oxford on daily basis
