Project Surveyor (Award Winning Main Contractor) | Permanent | Oxford

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + package

I have a great opportunity for a Project Surveyor to join an award-winning Main Contractor on a permanent basis, based out of their Oxford region.

The company operates throughout central and southern England, delivering quality D&B, new build, refurbishment and restoration projects up to £16m in value.

They have been around for many years and have formed successful long-term partnerships with their clients by delivering efficient, high quality projects. The work in a number of sectors including Education, Healthcare, Restoration, Commercial, Industrial and Sports and Leisure.

Due to an increased workload, they are looking to strengthen their commercial team by bringing in a Project Surveyor that can work on large projects autonomously. Project values are circa £10m, and they are looking for an experienced Project Surveyor that is capable of delivering projects from inception through to completion.

The ideal person will have at least 5 years’ experience, be familiar with D&B projects, will have worked on both new build and refurbishment schemes and ideally covered projects within the Education, Healthcare and Commercial sectors.

• Ideally Degree Qualified
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working for a reputable Main Contractor
• Able to work autonomously on large projects, circa £10m in value
• Experienced working on D&B projects
• Ideally new build and refurbishment experience
• Track record working on projects in the Education, Healthcare and Commercial sectors
• Full UK Drivers’ license
• Able to commute to Oxford on a daily basis
