A rare opportunity for an experienced Estimator to join a renowned contractor specialising in high-end equestrian and bespoke commercial builds. This role offers involvement from the design stage, autonomy and the chance to work on unique, high-value projects for affluent clients.

Are you an Estimator experienced in new build construction projects? Do you want involvement from design through to pricing? Are you looking for a position where your input on cost-saving and project decisions is valued?

This design and build contractor deliver rare, bespoke new build projects to the equestrian industry producing stables, arenas they also work on high end residential extensions. They provide planning, pricing, and build services, supported by a skilled team and a strong growth trajectory working on projects ranging from £250K to £4.5-5M. Due to a growth they are looking for an strong Estimator to join their team.

In this role, you'll work closely with the design process, provide cost-saving advice, price projects, prepare tenders, and manage any variations. You'll liaise with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing while contributing to project delivery and commercial performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong construction background with experience working on new build projects. You'll be confident, presentable, and able to communicate clearly in meetings with clients and stakeholders.
