The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Managerto lead projects valued between £4m and £12m. You will be responsible for managing all on-site operations, coordinating teams, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage projects from £4m to £12m across a variety of sectors. Oversee on-site operations, including workforce management, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards. Collaborate with project teams, clients, and consultants to deliver cost-efficient and sustainable solutions. Monitor budgets, schedules, and project progress, proactively resolving issues. Foster a positive, collaborative team culture on site.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on projects of £4m £12m. Strong knowledge of construction processes, health & safety, and quality standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Experience across multiple sectors preferred, including public and private projects. Commitment to sustainable and cost-efficient construction practices.
