They’re now looking for a Customer Care Associate (German Speaker) to be the friendly, reliable voice supporting their customers.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Support customers with orders, shipments, and account queries
  • Provide clear, friendly, and empathetic service every time
  • Keep customer cases accurately updated in the CRM system
  • Work closely with Sales, Logistics, Operations, and Support teams
  • Escalate complex issues when needed — and always follow up
  • Help ensure every customer interaction ends on a positive note

(No technical troubleshooting required — this role is focused on service and coordination.)

What We’re Looking For
  • Fluent German and strong English communication skills
  • Previous experience in customer service or a customer-facing role
  • Comfortable handling phone-based interactions
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple cases at once
  • Confident with Microsoft Office; CRM/ERP experience is a plus
  • A positive, proactive mindset and genuine care for customers
