A leading contract catering company in Oxford is seeking a Customer Service Assistant / General Assistant to ensure high standards of cleanliness and service in a busy catering environment. Responsibilities include monitoring counters, providing prompt customer service, and maintaining compliance with food safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess the Food Safety Level 2 and Health & Safety Level 2 certifications, along with prior customer service experience.
This is a zero-hour contract working Monday to Thursday, with various employee benefits offered.
