Maintenance Engineer
* Hours:
Panama | 12 hour shifts 6am-6pm / 6pm-6am
* Contract:
6 months
* Salary: £30 - £50ph experience dependant
* Location:
Banbury
We’re looking for motivated Maintenance Engineers to join our client on a full-time contract basis, with immediate starts available for an initial 6-month period. As a Maintenance Engineer, you'll be responsible for maintaining plant, equipment, and facilities to ensure production targets are consistently achieved. Your work will directly support uptime, reliability, and safety across the site.
Responsibilities:
* Diagnosing and repairing mechanical & electrical faults
* Delivering planned preventative maintenance & improving PM schedules
* Updating and optimising the CMMS system
* Supporting engineering improvements and minimising downtime
* Ensuring compliance with hygiene, food safety, and H&S standards
* Facilitating continuous improvement activities
* Coordinating contractors and supporting factory start-up & testing
