CHT are delivering the BMS works on a brand‑new university campus in Oxford, and we’re looking for an experienced BMS Project Manager to take full ownership of delivery on this flagship scheme.

• Managing the full BMS project lifecycle from design through to commissioning and handover
• Overseeing subcontractors, suppliers, and internal delivery teams
• Ensuring the Schneider system is implemented effectively and in line with project requirements
• Managing programme, cost, quality, and technical deliverables
• Working closely with stakeholders across the wider project team
• Driving readiness for key milestones, witness testing, and final sign‑off

• Strong experience managing BMS projects (ideally on large, complex schemes)
• Hands‑on capability with either Schneider systems, Tridium, Trend, etc.
• Proven ability to take ownership of programme, delivery, and technical coordination
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience on major construction, healthcare, education, or campus developments is a bonus
