Established and well‑known leading property consultancy with over 300 staff throughout the UK, investing in a small in‑house structural design team to grow and develop this division.

• Provide hands‑on structural design work on buildings in the industrial and energy sectors, including data centres and substations.
• Run projects and support future growth of the division, taking responsibility for design deliverables and client liaison.
• Collaborate with the team (currently 5 engineers and technicians) and plan for expansion to approximately 20 staff.

• Experience as a structural engineer with solid steel and concrete design skills.
• Chartered status or close to achieving it.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
