We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer / Estimator to prepare competitive tenders, manage projects, and support delivery across refurbishments, new builds, and small works. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and experience within an electrical contracting environment.

• Prepare tenders and quotations up to £1m+.
• Interpret drawings, perform take-offs, and manage procurement.
• Lead projects from tender to final account, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and manufacturers.
• Attend design / progress meetings; issue RFIs, RAMS, and documentation.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and maintain strong client relationships.
• Use Microsoft Office and project management software effectively.

• Time-served electrician with solid technical understanding.
• Proven estimating and project management experience.
• Commercially aware, experienced with various contract forms.
• Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills.
• UK Driver’s Licence required.
• NICEIC QS or C&G 2391 (advantageous)
