M&E Project Manager; Temporary

Position: M&E Project Manager (Temporary)
We are seeking an experienced Freelance Project Manager to deliver a commercial fit-out project in Oxford. The role requires strong M&E expertise to manage and coordinate all mechanical and electrical works alongside the wider fit-out programme, ensuring successful delivery to programme, cost, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Day-to-day management of a commercial fit-out project from site

* Coordination and management of all M&E works and subcontractors

* Review and coordination of M&E drawings, services integration, and sequencing

* Programme management with a focus on M&E activities and commissioning

* Client, consultant, and stakeholder liaison

* Oversight of health & safety, quality control, and site progress

* Management of testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover

Requirements:

* Proven experience delivering commercial fit-out projects

* Strong technical understanding of M&E / building services

* Experience coordinating M&E within live or constrained environments

* SMSTS and CSCS required

* Excellent communication and coordination skills
