Finance Manager​/Financial Controller

Position: Finance Manager / Financial Controller
Location: Oxfordshire

Work with the UK Finance team to ensure transactions are accurately recorded in SAP and balances fully reconciled at month end. Run key month-end processes, including revenue calculations. Collaborate closely with finance teams in Vietnam and India to ensure accurate reporting, balance reconciliations, and timely statutory submissions. Support the preparation of Group management accounts, CFO packs, and associated commentary and analysis.

Produce payroll and headcount analysis and reporting. Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts. Partner with R&D and Supply Chain teams to support and appropriately challenge budget and project owners to meet targets and deliver to budget. Respond to and resolve transactional finance queries from the business, ensuring accurate accounting treatment. Support year-end close activities, including tax returns and Group statutory accounts.

Undertake ad hoc business modelling and commercial/financial analysis, highlighting variances and identifying risks and opportunities to improve financial performance. Support the FD and CFO by delivering consistent, high-quality financial analysis and reporting outputs. Key

Experience:

Qualified Accountant ACCA, ACA or CIMA Experience in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills Preparation of accurate and meaningful financial data Influencing key stakeholders to support business growth, combined with commercial acumen Confident and proactive self-starter able to lead key processes
