• Support people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health challenges, or complex needs
• Assist with day‑to‑day tasks like personal care, meal prep, medication, and appointments

• Ensure the safety, dignity, and wellbeing of those in your care

• A caring, empathetic, and reliable individual
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Experience in care or support roles (beneficial but not essential – full training provided)
• A willingness to learn and grow in a rewarding career
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• An enhanced DBS check (we’ll guide you through the process)
