Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor to cover Oxfordshire
, with a strong focus on hospital and healthcare sites
. This role is suited to a knowledgeable assessor who is confident working in complex healthcare environments and has a deep understanding of HTM guidance and healthcare-specific regulations
. All risk assessments are self-written
, and the business ensures proper time is allocated for both site work and detailed, high-quality reporting—no rushed assessments.

• Carry out Legionella risk assessments across hospitals and healthcare facilities
• Apply expert knowledge of HTM 04-01 and associated healthcare guidance
• Produce clear, detailed, and fully compliant written risk assessments
• Identify risks and provide practical, compliant recommendations
• Liaise professionally with hospital estates teams and internal stakeholders
• Ensure all work complies with ACOP L8, HSG
  274, HTM guidance, and company standards

• Proven experience as a Legionella Risk Assessor
• Extensive experience assessing hospitals and healthcare environments
• Strong working knowledge of HTM regulations
  , particularly HTM 04-01
• Ability to write high-quality, detailed risk assessments independently
• Excellent attention to detail and report-writing skills
• Professional and confident approach when working on sensitive sites
• Full UK driving licence
