The Role

Join PSI, an ETS company, as a Product Development Manager and lead the delivery of innovative software solutions that power our global product strategy. In this role, you’ll collaborate with talented teams worldwide, drive technical excellence, and make a lasting impact on our business and customers.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and Deliver:
    Oversee the design, development, and execution of high‑quality software solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Translate Vision into Action:
    Interpret business requirements and turn them into actionable development plans.
  • Manage Projects:
    Drive end‑to‑end project management, resource allocation, and technical leadership from concept to completion.
  • Build Strong Teams:
    Coach, mentor, and inspire cross‑functional teams of Product Owners, Engineers, and QA Analysts to achieve excellence.
  • Collaborate Globally:
    Partner with stakeholders across regions to align priorities and deliver impactful outcomes.
  • Champion Continuous Improvement:
    Promote best practices, knowledge sharing, and innovation within your team.
What You Bring
  • Experience:

    7+ years in software engineering, ideally in enterprise‑scale cloud environments.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Modern programming languages (Java, JavaScript, .NET, Go, CSS, HTML)
    • Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
    • Dev Ops tools (Git Hub, Docker, Kubernetes, Jira)
    • Database management (SQL Server, DB2)
  • Development Practices:
    Continuous integration, delivery, test‑driven development, and pair programming.
  • Leadership

    Skills:

    Ability to manage complex projects and inspire teams in a fast‑paced, global environment.
  • Drives Results:
    Takes ownership and delivers with accountability and quality.
  • Communicates Clearly:
    Builds trust through transparent, persuasive communication.
  • Collaborates Effectively:
    Creates strong partnerships and fosters team engagement.
