Building Tech Bio and Clinical Teams across the UK, Paris & Berlin | Client Associate

We’re partnering with a stealth‑mode biotech start‑up developing next‑generation immune therapeutics to hire a Scientific Operations Associate – a high‑impact role at the heart of their R&D engine. Ideally based in Oxford or elsewhere in the UK.

You’ll work closely with the founding team, owning scientific operations across a global network of CROs and partners.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating scientific workflows and external research partners
• Managing reagent logistics, shipments, and experiment readiness
• Building ELN/knowledge systems and supporting data infrastructure
• Project managing high‑priority scientific and strategic work streams

• MSc/PhD in life sciences (immunology a strong advantage)
• Experience in scientific or translational operations (CRO coordination, assay workflows, sample/reagent logistics, etc.)
• Strong organisational execution, attention to detail, and comfort in fast‑paced environments
• Someone excited to help build systems from the ground up in an early‑stage biotech
