Apply now for the position of IT Infrastructure Engineer and you will be a key part of the team supporting, designing and implementing our core IT infrastructure across both our existing factory in Eynsham and our brand new, state‑of‑the‑art facility in Bicester.

• Identify and implement opportunities for improving our IT systems.
• Work independently and as part of the wider team to define, develop and deliver complex projects.
• Maintain and improve the security of our information systems.

• Identify the root cause of issues and advise on suitable solutions or resolve as required.
• Work with the Service Desk team on escalated issues to provide technical support and knowledge transfer.

• Experience with Windows Desktop and Server environments (On‑Premise and Cloud Hosted).
• Knowledge of High‑Performance Computing.
• Networking skills: LAN (VLANs), WAN (SD‑WAN), Wi‑Fi, and firewalls.
• Infrastructure and server monitoring.
• Strong understanding of information and cyber security best practices.
• Familiarity with ITIL and project management principles.
• Ability to automate tasks using scripting.
