D365 F&O Functional Consultant

Robert Half is pleased to partner with a global business to recruit a permanent D365 F&O Functional Consultant. This will be a hybrid role, with 3 days a week in Central Oxford. You will be part of a growing team in a newly created role to support the business as they rollout a global implementation of D365 F&O across multiple entities.

You will take ownership of their D365 F&O environment and drive strategic improvements across Finance and related departments. You will act as the primary liaison between finance and centralised systems governance, translating business needs into practical, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

ERP ownership - lead the management and optimisation of Dynamics 365 F&O, ensuring performance, reliability and alignment with business objectives Stakeholder Collaboration - partner with finance and other departments to refine requirements to deliver impactful system enhancements Solutions design - lead functional workshops to gather, analyse and document business requirements Create and maintain Functional Design Documents (FDDs), configuration guides Implementation and support - Configure D365 F&O environments

About You:

Proven functional experience with D365 F&O Strong understanding of ERP architecure and D365 F&O capabilities

Experience with Microsoft Dev Ops and pipeline deployment for F&O environments Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and translate business challenges to technical solutions On
