Your RoleThis is a front‑line role in the sales process. Your goal is to spot opportunities, reach out to potential customers and help them explore how better infrastructure could transform their operations.
- Reaching out via phone, email and Linked In to introduce solutions in areas like cloud networking, data centre services, or hybrid infrastructure
- Engaging key decision‑makers in IT, operations, or procurement roles
- Asking the right questions to uncover pain points around speed, reliability, or scalability
- Booking qualified meetings for the senior sales team to explore solutions in detail
- Using CRM tools to manage your pipeline and track conversations
- Are a recent graduate from any background
- Communicate clearly and confidently and enjoy conversations with new people
- Are curious about how technology supports business performance
- Want a role with structure, support, and clear long‑term growth
- Have the resilience to keep going when the first few conversations don’t go to plan
- Like to solve problems and ask thoughtful questions
- £30,000 base salary + on target earnings.
- A clear progression plan into senior SDR, BDM, or Account Executive roles.
- Real‑world knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks and enterprise tech.
- Ongoing support, performance reviews and career development plans.
