A highly regarded regional law firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join its busy and expanding team in Oxford. The successful candidate will work closely with a Partner while independently managing a caseload of private client matters. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in a growing team identified as a strategic focus area.

• Advising on wills, tax planning, probate, and estate administration.
• Handling trust creation and administration, as well as Court of Protection work.
• Supervising and supporting junior team members.
• Engaging in business development and marketing to support team growth.
• Delivering a consistently high level of client service and maintaining compliance with professional standards.

• Qualified solicitor status or equivalent professional qualification with 5+ years PQE.
• Strong expertise in wills, trusts, probate, estate administration, and tax planning.
• Experience in managing and supervising team members.
• Competence with IT applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and case management systems.

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work to deadlines and manage priorities effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously.
• A team-oriented approach with a supportive attitude toward colleagues.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a client-focused approach.
