TC Facilities Management is recruiting a reliable Cleaner to join our team at a motorway services site at Junction 10 of the M40, near Bicester.

⚠️ Important:
This is a motorway location with no direct public transport access — you must have your own transport and be able to drive to the site.

📍 M40 Junction 10, Northampton Road, Ardley, Bicester, Oxfordshire – OX27 7RD

About the Role

This is a hands-on cleaning role supporting the day-to-day cleanliness and presentation of a busy motorway services site. You’ll be responsible for general cleaning across customer and staff areas, helping to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

This role suits someone who is dependable, organised, and takes pride in delivering high standards.

Key Responsibilities

* General cleaning across the motorway services site

* Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards

* Working to set schedules and priorities

* Working independently or as part of a small team

* Being polite and professional when customers are on site
