Senior Project Manager- CRM- 1 year Fixed-Term Contract

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a workstream dedicated to Alumni fundraising and development within the University of Oxford’s CRM Programme. This role focuses on designing, developing and delivering an effective CRM solution, in alignment with programme objectives and governance, to support the delivery of development and fundraising activity  role demands close collaboration with third‑party providers, ensuring efficient ways of working and fostering strong relationships.

This role also offers the opportunity for hybrid working.

• The postholder will lead a workstream focused on Alumni Fundraising and Development as part of the University of Oxford’s CRM Programme.
• You will play a key role in managing delivery through Azure Dev Ops (ADO) and Agile methodologies, particularly within areas such as CRM implementation and the rollout of a new operating model across the organisation.
• The Senior Project Manager will also collaborate closely with Business Change Managers to ensure effective alignment and integration of change activities.

• You will bring proven experience in Agile delivery and Azure Dev Ops (ADO), ideally gained through complex programmes such as CRM implementations or operating model transformations within large organisations.
• Strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive successful outcomes in a collaborative environment are essential.
• A background in SCRUM-based Agile delivery and a passion for delivering meaningful change will make you a great fit for this role.
