I have an opportunity for a Project Manager to join a well-established Main Contractor on a permanent basis, working on projects throughout Oxford.

The company have been operating for over a century, carrying out a range of new build and refurbishment projects across multiple sectors including residential, commercial, healthcare and education, up to £5m in value.

The business have a lot of work ongoing and in the pipeline and are looking to bring in a Project Manager to join them as soon as possible. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing up to three projects at a time, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget, as well as being involved in winning future work.

The ideal Project Manager will have experience working on new build and refurbishment projects, across a variety of sectors, on projects up to £5m in value.

Experience:

• Experience working as a Project Manager for a reputable Main Contractor
• Track record working on new build and refurbishment projects up to £5m
• Capable of overseeing up to three projects at a time
• Experience of being involved in tendering for work
• Familiar working in occupied buildings
• CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
• Able to commute to and work in Oxford on daily basis
