We are working with a well-established and expanding FMCG manufacturer seeking skilled Maintenance Engineers to support a modern, high-volume production site in Oxford. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business investing heavily in people, equipment, and long-term growth.

Working within a fast-paced FMCG environment, you'll be responsible for a balanced mix of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance, ensuring machinery and production lines operate safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.

• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on automated manufacturing and packaging equipment
• Effective fault-finding and breakdown response in a time-critical production environment
• Supporting continuous improvement, reliability, and engineering-led initiatives
• Working closely with production teams to maintain output, safety, and quality standards

This role operates on a 2/3s Panama shift pattern, rotating days and nights, providing a structured rota and competitive earning potential.

• Experienced Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical or Multi-Skilled)
• Background in FMCG, manufacturing, or automated production environments
• Strong fault-finding ability and a proactive maintenance mindset
• Reliable, flexible, and motivated to progress within a growing organisation

• £46,000 - £48,000 salary (dependent on experience)
