Salary: £35,000 – £41,000 per year (DOE)

• Manufacturing bespoke furniture and joinery to detailed drawings
• Working with a range of hardwoods, veneers, and sheet materials
• Using hand tools and woodworking machinery safely and accurately
• Collaborating with designers and production teams
• Carrying out finishing, assembly, and quality inspections
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workshop

• Proven experience as a Bench Joiner, Furniture Maker, or similar role
• Strong technical ability and understanding of woodworking processes
• Confident reading and interpreting technical drawings
• High level of attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
• Experience producing bespoke or high‑end furniture is highly beneficial
