Key Responsibilities
- Establishing methodologies for the preparation of patient‑derived tumour samples for use in in‑vitro assays, and optimizing culture conditions to preserve tissue viability and functionality.
- Developing appropriate end‑point readouts using techniques such as flow cytometry, ELISA, transcriptomics, immunofluorescent staining and imaging.
- Performing quantitative analysis and visualisation of experimental data, and interpreting results in the context of project objectives.
- Presenting experimental plans, results and conclusions in regular team meetings and data discussions.
Education & Qualifications
Currently studying towards a degree in Biological Sciences, Biomedicine, Immunology, Biotechnology, (Bio)
Chemistry or a related field.
