chef de partie required for a gastro pub in the Forest Hill (SE23) area, this is a fresh food kitchen and is a small team. you will be working all around the kitchen in all areas. as it is a small team, they do not do sections but they cook a range of dishes each.
The role
as a chef de partie you will be prep the menu items and cook in service, you will ensure everything runs smoothly and dishes are cooked to order. This role will include all the standard chef de partie duties
Experience
as a chef de partie you will use your great knife skills tp prep the fridges and then cook in service. it is al all round role, so you need expeirence in cooking in various sections.
