Are you passionate about food production and ready to take the next step in your culinary career? Join our dynamic team as a Production Kitchen Sous chef, where you'll play a key role in the preparation and delivery of high-quality hot and cold food to multiple sales outlets.

What You’ll Do:

Supervise and assist in the day-to-day production of a wide range of meals

Ensure all food is prepared to company standards and health & safety guidelines

Coordinate with delivery schedules to ensure timely distribution to outlets

Support and train team members to maintain a smooth and efficient kitchen operation

Report in to the head chef daily
