As Supervisor, you will drive an excellent store experience for both customers and colleagues.

• Work in partnership with the Store Management team.
• Act as a role model and create a positive atmosphere in store.
• Analyse daily sales figures and make the right commercial choices.
• Deliver on KPI's, product knowledge, service, visual merchandising, and operations while fostering personal and team growth.

• Experience as a Senior Sales Assistant or Supervisor within retail.
• Good communication and social skills.
• Passion for our product.
• Taking ownership of outcomes.
• Driving results with a commercial mindset.
• Not afraid of a challenge & change.
