Team Member - M&S

Responsibilities

• Display a 'customer first' attitude, no matter the task at hand.
• Stock handling, keeping shelves full, clean, and organised.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with friendly faces and feel-good moments - retail at its best!
• Handle and serve alcohol, and will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
• Work flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays, scheduled between 5am - 10pm, 5 days out of 7 days Monday - Sunday.

• Previous experience is desired and preferred.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.

• Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 am, bringing your rate of pay to £13.41 per hour.
