Express Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with an industry leading Software Company who are recruiting a Business Development Executive to join their expanding team, based in the outskirts of Oxford.
The successful candidate will hold experience in either a sales role or be looking to develop a career within sales and take responsibility for creating appointments with key stakeholders in businesses in an array of industries based throughout the UK.
There is an excellent remuneration package on offer including a basic salary of c £30k DOE, with an uncapped commission structure, alongside 30 days holidays, 23 personal development days a year, £700 a year to spend on anything which aids your work-life balance, a fully paid month-long sabbatical after 5 years’ service and flexible working options. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to take their next step in a small industry leading technology firm.
- Deliver a multi-channel approach to generate new business with both new and existing clients
- Researching potential clients generating leads with autonomy
- Contributing in strategy meetings, having an input in how to contact new clients
- Meeting and exceeding monthly sales key performance indicators such as number of new customer contacts, number of lead conversions and number of closed sales
- Qualifying and understanding all opportunities effectively
- Ensure the database is kept updated
- Experience in an office-based sales role advantageous
- Career-minded with a tenacity for sales
- Keen interest in technology and software
- Full UK driving licence
