Join Our Client as a Sales Executive / Brand Manager in Exeter

Our client is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Executive / Brand Manager to join their reputable dealership in the Exeter area. This is a remarkable opportunity for a motivated sales professional to elevate their automotive career within a supportive team environment, offering significant earning potential and career progression.

• Competitive basic salary of up to £30,000, dependent on experience
• Realistic uncapped OTE of £40,000 to £50,000
• Company car included, providing flexibility and convenience
• Stable, well-established team fostering a positive working atmosphere

Working hours:

Monday to Saturday, with a scheduled day off during the week;
Sundays off

• Prospecting daily for new sales leads to maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Building and managing strong customer relationships, delivering excellent service
• Working independently to achieve and exceed sales targets and support brand growth
• Ensuring all sales activities and processes conform to company standards and brand guidelines
• Supporting dealership marketing and promotional activities as needed

• Proven experience in car sales, ideally within a franchise or reputable dealership
• Consistent prospecting and sales performance with a track record of success
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a passion for sales
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and resilience
