Relief Retail Security Officer (Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services)

We are looking for a Relief Retail Security Officer to provide safety and security to our customers’ property, people and assets in line with published Assignment Instructions. This relief role covers both sickness and holiday absences and requires flexibility to work any day or shift last‑minute.

• Use ASCONE to maintain site security.
• Conduct regular site patrols.
• Deliver customer service to staff and visitors.
• Support staff with reasonable requests.
• Complete accurate and detailed incident reports on the site system.
• Report health & safety hazards and call emergency services as required.

Flexible shifts between 08:00 and 22:00; must be available any day or time. Pay rate: £13.97 per hour.

Complete all required competency training and ongoing development initiated by the Operations Manager. Renew licence 16 weeks before expiry.

• Door Supervisor SIA Licence.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Full UK driver’s licence with own vehicle.
