Flight Dispatcher

Our client is a leading private aviation operator with a growing fleet and a strong focus on exceptional service and safe operations. This role is based at a busy UK airport and would suit someone who lives within easy reach.

You will support day to day flight operations, coordinating aircraft movements across both fixed wing and rotary platforms. This is an operations-focused role where you will be hands‑on, supporting the team to ensure smooth, safe and efficient departures and arrivals.

• Coordinating aircraft movements and turnaround
• Supporting ground operations and flight preparation
• Liaising with crew and wider operational teams
• Helping maintain a safe and efficient operating environment

• Live within roughly 20 to 30 minutes of the airport
• Full clean UK driving licence
• Able to pass a basic DBS check
• Detail‑oriented and confident working in a fast‑paced environment
• Keen to build a career in private aviation
