Job Description:
As a Specialist Continuous Improvement, you will play a fundamental role within our team by actively driving process improvements in semiconductor development workflows. You will support and enhance our Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action (RCCA) activities, directly influencing the quality, reliability, and efficiency of our development processes.
Responsibilities Drive continuous improvement activities for automotive microcontroller development , collaborating closely with team members to identify and implement best practices
Maintain, refine, and strengthen processes for Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action (RCCA) , ensuring issues are thoroughly examined and effectively resolved
Offer hands-on support to designers in executing RCCA activities , advising on methods and helping guide resolution of technical challenges
Plan, organize, and moderate RCCA review meetings , coordinating cross-functional discussions to guarantee effective problem-solving
Identify weaknesses and constraints in the development process , making actionable proposals for improvement based on RCCA outcomes
Maintain and update the team’s workplace website
Your Profile & Qualifications A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics or similar field of studies
Foundational understanding of the semiconductor development flow
Basic knowledge of Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action (RCCA) , particularly the 5-why methodology
Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Jira
Fluency in English (mandatory)
